There are three distinct groups under the Haiti ARISE Ministries umbrella.  The Canadian, United States and Haitian board of directors work closely together as an international team, along with volunteer staff. They all contribute to strategic management, marketing and fiscal skills entirely as volunteers. These international advisory boards work together providing qualified skilled tradesmen, instructors and volunteers; managing material donations and delivery to the project site; manage area representatives; and communicating and updating supporters. The directors in Haiti work with local and international members to carry out the mission, vision and strategic plans on the ground.
