Sorry about not keeping in touch. The internet has been down the past couple days and we finally got it up and running again so here is a quick snippet of our life in Haiti the past few days. Sports camps have been going really well. We have really connected with the kids even though there is a language barrier. It is amazing to see how God uses sport to break down that barrier. We went for a walk in the community and were followed by a few kids who clinged to us. According to our "Trustee Captain" Roy, we have been putting some hard work into helping build the technical school. Things that we have helped out with are sending up wood to the 2nd floor, cleaning rooms, chipping away at concrete rock, etc, you know the usual! Duh! On Thursday there was a Spiritual Prayer Service at Church which was impacting in many ways. The way that the Haitians worship is something that we all have noticed and admire. We have truly been touched by the culture and the way that they love the Lord. Today we ended sports camps and it was a great success seeing how everyday increasingly got better. We are looking forward to going to the market tomorrow morning and seeing some more of the Haiti culture and interacting with them. Also in the afternoon we will be going to the beach and getting our tan on! Chyah! Much Love from...the one and only Gazzy, the dazed and confused schendy, and yours truly KENNY. Continue to keep us in your prayers. To be continued...
