Long-Term Mission Volunteers
Long-term volunteer teachers are vital to the beginning and development of trade school classes. The intent of each class and program is to develop national teachers while teaching a class of nationals so that after a period of approximately 2 years of international help the program will be self-sufficient and national-teacher based.
Long-term volunteers are also needed in areas of construction and administration to help in overseeing projects, leading teams and training local Haitian staff in administration. All long-term volunteers are required to raise their own support to cover their travel, living and at home expenses. Lodging and in the field needs are provided for a low-cost.
